ANTISERA

Antisera against virus protein epitopes of HIV-1 and HIV-2, are produced by immunizing sheep with synthetic peptides.

Antibodies are purified by means of affinity chromatography.

Serological activity, and specifity of the antibodies is checked using ELISA technique.
